Baylen Dupree is sharing concerns that endometriosis might prevent her from having children.
In PEOPLE's exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of Baylen Out Loud, the 23-year-old is talking to her mother and sister about starting a family with husband Colin Dooley. She revealed that not only does her Tourette syndrome cause difficulties, but she might be suffering from endometriosis.
"So me and Colin, Colin have talked about this. We've stopped kind of like the baby conversations because we both realized that where I'm at right now with my ticks isn't really where I want to be when we start having kids," she said. "But there's way more than my ticks behind the scenes. Like, endometriosis can really mess up the ability to have kids."

"I have been experiencing a lot of pain around my cycle since I was a teenager," she explained in a confessional. "When I first got my period, it would hurt really f---ing bad to the point where I couldn't even stand up. And it's gotten worse and worse and worse over the last two years."
Baylen said she went to visit her gynecologist, who told her that she didn't know what's going on because she was describing a lot of different symptoms. So, she was referred to an endometriosis specialist.
Endometriosis is a condition affecting the reproductive system in which uterine tissue grows outside of the uterus, causing cramping and chronic pain, according to the World Health Organization, which estimates that approximately 190 million women worldwide have the disease.

"They kind of told me that I have all of the symptoms to have endometriosis, but I can't get an official diagnosis until I get surgery, which I haven't had," Baylen said. "It just worries me because I want to have kids so badly."

"Between 30 and 50% of women who have endometriosis are infertile. So aside from any challenges that my tics would create during pregnancy, I'm not even sure I can even get pregnant. This is really sad to think about," she added, starting to cry.
Baylen and her mother Julie then agreed that although she's being proactive with her health, there's no way to know what impact endometriosis could have.
"You're doing all the right things," Julie told her. "You're having the conversations. You're staying ahead. You're going to go to a doctor's appointment. You're going to see what your body's doing with the endometriosis. But the long term of it is like…Everything is unknown."
