Dua Lipa performed a traditional Albanian valle dance with her father at her cousin’s wedding in Kosovo

The singer shared moments from the celebration on Instagram, including posing with her family for photos and watching the newlyweds cut their cake

Lipa congratulated her cousin And’ and his bride, calling it a “big Albanian wedding” in a heartfelt Instagram post

Dua Lipa embraced an Albanian tradition at a family wedding over the weekend.

Following the celebration in Kosovo, the “One Kiss” singer, 31, shared a carousel on Instagram on Sunday, Sept. 27, which included a heartwarming video of her and her father, Dukagjin Lipa,  dancing with a glass on each of their heads.

She was seen performing the valle, likely influenced by the region of Kosovo her family is from, while wearing a backless black dress with feathers on the neckline.

While some of the wedding party danced with traditional valle handkerchiefs, others clapped as they surrounded Dua and Dukagjin.

The pair kept the glasses perfectly balanced on their heads while dancing in circles with their arms in the air. They finished the folk dance by bowing to each other, then removed the glasses from their own heads.

Lipa has previously shown off the party trick of dancing with a glass on her head in vacation snaps.

The “Levitating” singer’s carousel post from the wedding also included photos of her wearing a gold crochet top covered with collected buttons over a different black outfit. She posed and danced in other snaps with family members, including her sister Rina, brother Gjin and mom Anesa.

Lipa, who received Albanian citizenship in 2022, didn’t appear to be joined by her husband, Callum Turner at the wedding.

She congratulated her cousin And Gjakova and his wife Rozafa Kelmendi on their nuptials in the caption of her Instagram post.

“My cousin married the woman of his dreams and we had a big Albanian wedding!!! @andgjakova @kelmendirozafa 🤍🤍🤍po na rritet rrethi!!!!!,” Lipa wrote.

Among the photos in the “Be the One” singer’s Instagram post was the moment the newlyweds cut their multi-tiered cake.

The family’s get-together comes around a month after Lipa celebrated her first birthday since marrying her husband, Turner, 36.

In an Aug. 24 Instagram post, she shared a glimpse into the celebration, which included her and the One Night Only actor’s visit to the countryside, playing basketball and sampling birthday cakes of varying flavors.

“Birthday weekend 💋 thank you for all the love and the wishes!!! ready for my next lap around the sun...it just keeps getting better 💋,” Lipa captioned the post.
