Shemar Moore is reveling in fatherhood.
The actor, who was born on April 20, 1970, and his ex-girlfriend Jesiree Dizon welcomed daughter Frankie Melelina Kapule Moore in January 2023 and it seems the pair could not be happier.
"My life has changed. I've done so many wonderful things, I've been blessed. And life has been grand, and life has been tough, and then you survive through that and now I have the biggest miracle in my life," the S.W.A.T star said while introducing his then-three-month-old while on The Talk.
Moore and Dizon broke up in 2025, but they remain close friends and dedicated parents to their daughter. "Although our reality has changed, what will ALWAYS remain is the love and respect Shemar and i both have for each other. 'Til God calls our name," Dizon wrote in a sentimental statement on Instagram after the breakup.

Reflecting on Miracles

A month after Frankie was born, the Criminal Minds alum reflected on his journey to fatherhood.
"Mom’s dream was for me to become a father and give momma some grand babies… it took me a minute, but momma’s dream is now reality!!" he wrote, referring to his mother, Marilyn Moore, who died in 2020.
"I accomplished much and experienced the good, the Great, the light, and the dark… but this I couldnt do on my own… Jesiree Dizon, we came back into each others lives and found love again and created a magical lil human together…" he continued.
"I’ll call her ‘My little miracle’….. FRANKIE MOORE💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Jez, I love you and am so grateful… Daddy Loves Frankie… I love and miss you everyday Grandma Marilyn ❤️🕊️ RIP 2/8/20."
