Mia Calabrese is summer-ready!
As the Summer House star, 30, eagerly awaits longer days and warmer weather, she teamed up with Walgreens to share her ultimate summer must-haves. Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE, Calabrese breaks down her summer essentials and opens up about her future on the hit Bravo series.
For Calabrese, summertime means spending time with friends out in the sun, which is why a good face moisturizer and SPF are at the top of her list.
"I do not go outside unless I have an SPF on, and I say that with zero exaggeration," she says. "I am so serious about sunscreen. I put it on my face, my neck, my hands. It's important."
She continues, "I'm the friend who asks my friends, 'Does everybody have their sunscreen on? Did you put it on?'"
On a typical summer day, especially when she's filming Summer House, Calabrese says she likes to keep her makeup minimal. But no matter what she decides for her look, her go-to product is L'Oreal Infallible 3-Second Setting Spray Mist. "I use this every single time I wear makeup," she says. "It is my tried and true."
She also swears by Walgreens' aloe vera spray and says she puts it in the refrigerator to use after she's been in the sun. "It cools my skin, and I'm obsessed with it."
With her summer essentials in hand, Calabrese says she's excited for the change in season, even if she doesn't know exactly what may be in store.

Since the explosive season 10 reunion of Summer House, which concluded in June, fans of the reality series have eagerly awaited the announcement of the season 11 cast. So far, the only update is that West Wilson will not be returning.
Calabrese, who joined the cast in season 10, says her time on Summer House has been "a blast." "I had so much fun, and I feel that experience was so transformative for me," she adds.

"I would love to go back to the house," Calabrese says. "Look, if they call, I'm answering."
Calabrese also recognizes that the last few months have been a whirlwind for the Summer House cast.
In March, Wilson and Amanda Batula made headlines when they confirmed they were dating after months after speculation. Batula had announced her split from ex-husband and costar Kyle Cooke in January, and Wilson dated his costar Ciara Miller in 2023.
Calabrese says Wilson and Batula's relationship was "really shocking" and put "a strain on the friend group."
"I think people don't realize at times that we are all friends," she says. "That's the point of this. We're good friends. This was hard, difficult for everyone, especially Ciara. It's sad to see."
Given the rising tensions between the cast, Calabrese says the idea of returning feels exciting but also a "nerve-wracking."
"It's putting yourself out there in such a public way," she explains. "I tried my best to be unapologetically myself and my authentic self. You have to hope that people will receive that well, but it's nerve-wracking. I think it would be bizarre if I said I wasn't nervous if I'm given that opportunity to come back to Summer House this summer."
If she does return, she says she'll embrace being in her single era. "I haven't been single in the summer in so long. I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, I need to see what the city has to offer,'" she says. "Winter was so cold, and I also wasn't really ready to even consider putting myself out there. I feel like I'm getting to that place where I'm ready to."
The last season of Summer House saw Calabrese in a relationship with her now ex-boyfriend, Scott Williams. (She says she they're "still friends" and have a "good relationship.") During the season 10 reunion, she announced they broke up shortly after filming wrapped.
As she explores the world of dating, Calabrese says she'll likely be looking outside the Bravosphere, adding that she's "a little scared" to date cast members after what has transpired among her costars.
"I'm looking to trust my gut this summer, and if I meet someone that comes into my life or my world that I have a connection with, [I have to] just be honest with myself and just listen to my intuition," Calabrese says. "That's my goal."
