Roman Reigns, CM Punk & More Join in Honoring PAC, AKA Benjamin Satterley

The wrestling world continues to mourn the loss of Benjamin Satterley, better known to fans as PAC and former WWE star Neville. The tributes continued throughout Monday and Tuesday, with WWE stars Roman Reigns and CM Punk among those paying their respects.
Satterley’s sudden passing was reported on the evening of September 27, 2026. He was 40 years old. Since the news broke, wrestlers and wrestling personalities from across the industry have shared memories and heartfelt messages for the veteran, whose career lasted more than two decades.

WWE superstars Punk and Reigns paid their tribute to the departed soul. Both shared WWE’s “remembers” graphic honoring Satterley, who made his name as Neville in WWE.
Several wrestlers who knew Satterley personally also shared emotional messages.
Former WWE star Kalisto remembered PAC as “the best human being I’ve ever met” and showed his gratitude for having shared the ring, road, and locker room with him.
WWE Superstar Kevin Owens also looked back on his time with Satterley. Owens shared photos from their younger days, along with backstage moments from their time together in WWE. He wrote, “The best lad…We love you.”
WWE legend Rikishi also paid tribute to PAC. He remembered his passion and energy while sending prayers and condolences to his loved ones.
Judgment Day member JD McDonagh highlighted Satterley’s influence on an entire generation of wrestlers. McDonagh called him a “trailblazer and a pioneer” and praised him for what he did both inside and outside the ring.
NJPW star Satoshi Kojima shared a more personal memory from Satterley’s time in Japan. Kojima recalled speaking with PAC during his NJPW run. He remembered how grateful PAC was to be there and how much he appreciated Dragongate and its wrestlers.
TNA’s Jessie ODB Kresa and former TNA star Jessie Godderz, better known as Mr. PEC-Tacular, sent their condolences to Satterley’s family and friends.

The tributes have been especially difficult for those who interacted with Satterley shortly before his passing.
Marina Shafir shared the stage with PAC at AEW All Out just one day before his death. She wrote, “My bastard brother, where did you go?”
AEW’s Anna Jay said she felt sick over the news and called Satterley “such an amazing human.”
Katsuyori Shibata also remembered spending simple moments with his friend, including grocery shopping, doing laundry, and talking about pro wrestling. Shibata also revealed that the two often told each other they would someday have a match.
TNA star Ash By Elegance praised his athleticism and professionalism, calling him “a class act.”
AEW star Kyle Fletcher also remembered PAC as one of his favorite wrestlers of all time. Fletcher said he was fortunate not only to meet and work with his hero but also to know him personally.
“He was a better man than I ever could have hoped for,” Fletcher wrote.
From WWE to AEW, TNA, NJPW, and beyond, the continued messages show the impact Satterley had on the wrestling community, both as a performer and as a person.
