Sheryl Crow wants Donald Trump to be "impeached and imprisoned."

In a fiery new message shared on social media this week, the country music singer called for Trump to be held accountable for his association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein after the president was mentioned thousands of times in the latest batch of files released by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Feb. 5 to make her thoughts on the subject crystal-clear, Crow wrote: "Those named in the Epstein files in other countries are going down hard for it."

"Not in America," she added. "We're just going to act like it never happened or that it's fake."

"Who are we if we do not stand up for children who are knowingly being pedaled to rich leaders all over the world," the 63-year-old musician asked.

Crow went on to insist that Trump, along with anyone else who allegedly "knew" what Epstein was doing and failed to act, deserved to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

"Trump needs to be impeached and imprisoned along with every other person...Democrat, Republican, American or foreign who knew this was going on and never said anything."

Following the release of over 3 million files this week, Trump claimed that he documents cleared him of any wrongdoing, telling reporters, "I was told by some very important people that not only does it absolve me, it’s the opposite of what people were hoping, you know, the radical left," The Hill reports.

However, Trump is said to be referenced, along with a number of other related words and phrases, over 38,000 times in the files, per the New York Times.
